Today is
Harley weather

The day to dust off the hog
check the tires,
the oil,
the mindset,
and ride.

To enjoy the clear sky
the blue sky
and take a farm road to see where it
will go.

Instead, for many reasons
I sit in my house
away from the sun,
and blue,
and stay
hermit like in my shell.
