Amusing how if one places the


word

"activist"

in front of a word such as


"judge"

or

"court"


suddenly

we are somehow thrust into a world of

George Orwell's "1984",

And so many people run crying

"The Sky is falling!"

and everyone stops

thinking

for themselves...

Judges and courts don't make legislation,

merly interpret was is precidence in the courts

already...
