Walking

Zelda and I have begun walking for heath.

It's been nice to get out and move, especially with the beautiful weather this last week.

Z has signed up for the Three Day walk for the cure.
Three days in October.
2o miles a day.

She's nervous, but I know she can do it.
Just going to take discipline and dedication.

She's gonna do it,
and I am so proud of her for it!!

Housing

The new house was insulated this week and sheet rock was installed yesterday.
The brick is almost finished as well.

It really looks good.
(But hey, we selected the colors, so, of course it looks good!)

We intended to paint the old house today.
(Again, great colors)
But with the lack of maintenance over the years, we have discover many places with exposed wood and dry rot...

I do not have the skills nor the time to make the repairs myself, so it's time to break out the check book.

I am concerned about the $$$ side of things.
If we can get it rented, we can make good cash flow on it.
It's just a matter of getting it financed...

Then there is the closing costs for the new place...

Ah the joys if money and servitude...

Zelda town

I am incrediblely horny today...

Which I think is an expression of longing for the feminine in my life.

See, Zelda is visiting her parents down in Pinwheelville for her birthday weekend.

And I am missing that which is

Woman.

Femine.

Sexual.

Familar.

Comfortable.

She'll be back Sunday.

And in the mean time,

I'll do what comes

naturally.
